Labor Day Weekend
The proverbial last fling of summer happens this weekend. We spent yesterday cleaning around the house, I did the inside and T. was out in the yard. Not much needed to be done outside as we have kept the garden up nearly every evening but soon the leaves will fall and then we will be raking twice a week for about six weeks straight.
Today, we are joining up with friends and going out on the river. I bought a new pair of Juicy Couture sunglasses to keep the glare under control. We will take out both boats, ours and theirs, and sail around the Salem / Keizer area.
Tomorrow will probably be a shopping day for me and T. will do whatever he wants to do, usually drink coffee and read the paper.
